We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored.

Corporate Policies
- Corporate Cancellations
Cancellations received more than 7 days in advance will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee (per service provider, per shift, per day). Cancellations received less than 7 days before the scheduled service will be assessed a cancellation fee that is 25% of the service price. Cancellations received less than 4 days before the scheduled service will be assessed a cancellation fee that is 50% of the service price. The full service price will be due for any cancellations received less than 3 days before the scheduled service. These rates apply to partial (reducing the service time) and full cancellations. - Changes and Rescheduling
Once the massage therapist(s) have been confirmed for the scheduled service, any changes or rescheduling will incur a $25 administrative fee (per service provider, per shift, per day). Rescheduling requests received less than 7 days before the scheduled service will be treated as a cancellation - please see the above cancellation policy for details.
Individual Client Policies
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored.
- Individual Appointment Cancellations
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice then no refund will be issued. - No Shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued for the missed appointment. - Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given. No refund or discount will be issued for late arrivals. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
